The Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) has extended its 'Leave It Clean 2026' campaign for a second consecutive day, distributing cloth bags to beachgoers and visitors in Aqaba and the Wadi Rum area. The initiative, launched during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, reinforces ASEZA's commitment to environmental preservation and aligns with Royal directives declaring 2026 the 'Year of Cleanliness.' The campaign is integrated with the National Plan to combat littering, led by the Ministry of Environment, and aims to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable tourism practices.
