Citizens implicated in the death of a Chinese man are detained
Three Angolans arrested in connection with the attack and death of a 60-year-old Chinese citizen in Angola.
The Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) in Angola has detained three Angolan citizens—Josemar João António Delengue (known as Bili Dji), 23, single; Tiago Manuel Vemba (Tiame or Santiago), 27, single; and Lopes Ambrósio Tiangala (Moleza), 23, single—for their alleged involvement in the attack that led to the death of a Chinese national, Gu Tung Chong, aged 60. The incident represents a serious criminal case involving the fatal assault of a foreign national.
