The Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade has initiated a criminal complaint against the trading company "KLAN KOSOVA" LLC, responsible officials from the Agency for Registration of Businesses in Kosovo and responsible persons of the company, under suspicion of misuse of official duties and misuse of economic authorizations. The investigation follows revelations from the registration process and subsequent transactions involving the company, which resulted in serious suspicions of official misconduct and economic abuse. The ministry has stated it is fully prepared to support the Serious Crimes Department’s investigation and provide any necessary explanations to uncover the full truth.
