Angola will host the 2026 Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank Group from April 13 to 16, with an agenda centered on the private sector as a key driver of African economic development. The meetings will include discussions on structuring reforms, improving the business environment, and promoting investment in infrastructure and regional integration. The Angolan government is using the event to showcase recent reforms such as the Simplification Law for Investment and Businesses, One-Stop Shops, and the creation of the Law on Investment and Enterprises. The event is expected to attract over 10,000 participants.
