Swedish police have arrested a teenager after a shooting in Uppsala that left three people dead at a hair salon in the city center. The attacker reportedly fled on a scooter after the incident. The victims were aged between 15 and 20. Police are investigating whether the killings are gang-related, amid rising youth gang crime in Sweden. The government has proposed new measures, including allowing police to wiretap children under 15, to combat the problem.
