Vietnam has voiced deep concern over the escalating and increasingly complex conflict in the Middle East, warning that it seriously threatens civilian lives and regional and global peace and stability. The Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on the parties involved to immediately cease military actions, including attacks on nuclear facilities, and to resolve disputes through negotiations and peaceful means in line with international law, the UN Charter, and IAEA regulations.
