Russian redirection of Ukrainian drones toward Baltic states and Finland
Ukraine's foreign minister alleges that Russia is deliberately redirecting Ukrainian drones toward the Baltic states and Finland to increase regional tensions.
According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, Russian intelligence activity includes intentionally guiding Ukrainian drones toward the Baltic states and Finland in order to heighten geopolitical tensions and destabilize the region. Estonian authorities and partners are monitoring this pattern as part of a broader Russian hybrid influence campaign aimed at testing and weakening NATO cohesion in the Baltic–Scandinavian macro‑region.
