As a result of continuous monitoring of government information systems conducted by the Special Communication and Information Security State Service (SCISS), 52 indicators of compromise (IOCs) linked to cyberattacks were identified and centrally blocked. Of these, 31 were discovered through internal investigations, and 21 were reported by various government agencies. The SCISS is responsible for cybersecurity and information protection of state institutions, conducting regular monitoring of government digital infrastructure to detect and prevent cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches as global cyber threats grow increasingly sophisticated.
