Large‑scale criminal enforcement campaign across China involving over 1.27 million individuals charged in the first 11 months of 2025.

Chinese prosecutors approved the arrest of 604,000 criminal suspects and charged 1.27 million individuals between January and November 2025. The campaign targeted organized crime, gang activity, serious violent crimes, cybercrime, and cross‑border telecom and online fraud, with 8,528 gang‑related criminals and 62,000 suspects in cross‑border fraud operations prosecuted, alongside 166,000 cybercrime suspects and 5,440 involved in personal‑information infringement.
