In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Palestinian economy recorded 3% year‑on‑year growth, accelerating from 1.4% in Q3. The expansion was led by double‑digit gains in services and information and communication, alongside solid growth in industry. However, transport and storage, construction, financial and insurance, and agriculture continued to contract, reflecting uneven recovery. For the quarter, GDP reached about USD 3.04 billion in the West Bank and USD 176 million in the Gaza Strip, with GDP per capita rising 1% year‑on‑year to USD 596. This growth underscores a fragile but visible rebound amid persistent structural constraints and regional instability.
