Cyber attack on Suriname government network

Distributed Denial of Service attack targeting the Surinamese government network affecting e-GOV services.

The computer network of the Surinamese government is under active DDoS attack as reported by the Cyber Security Incident Response Team of the National Security Directorate (DNV-CSIRT). The attack is sending large volumes of requests to government websites, rendering them inaccessible to users. The e-GOV website is currently offline and government officials have been instructed to stop sending official emails. The network status is at Yellow Alert due to the ongoing attack and potential for further disruptions.
