Azerbaijan–Türkiye Digital Transformation Forum in Baku

Azerbaijan and Türkiye held a digital transformation and technology bridge forum in Baku, focusing on artificial intelligence, smart cities, and government technology.

On February 11, 2026, Baku hosted the Azerbaijan–Türkiye Business Forum: Digital Transformation and Technology Bridge, co-organized by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), the Turkish Informatics Industry Association (TÜBİSAD), and consulting firm Sistem Global Danışmanlık. The forum aimed to strengthen bilateral technological cooperation through panel discussions on digital transformation, AI, smart cities, and human capital in ICT. B2B and B2G meetings enabled companies and government institutions from both countries to explore joint initiatives in technology solutions, startups, and innovation funding. The event highlighted shared goals for building a regional tech ecosystem and leveraging digital tools for public‑sector modernization, underscoring Azerbaijan’s growing role in digital diplomacy and cross‑border innovation.
