Russia taking more risks around Sweden for hybrid warfare activities

Lieutenant General Thomas Nilsson stated that there has been more frequent Russian activity and a greater readiness to take risks in the region, with expectations that this trend may continue. Russia is also expanding its military presence in the Baltic Sea region, which is strategically important for Moscow.
