Morón Communist Party Office Assault and Arson

In Morón, Ciego de Ávila, protesters stormed and burned the municipal Communist Party headquarters, leading to at least 14 arrests and reports of one youth shot and wounded.

On the weekend of March 14–16, 2026, demonstrators in Morón, Ciego de Ávila Province, attacked the municipal headquarters of the Cuban Communist Party.
