According to the latest national epidemiological bulletin for Uruguay, as of week 6 of 2026 only one dengue case was recorded in Montevideo, imported from Cuba. The bulletin indicates that dengue transmission within Uruguay remains extremely limited, with no evidence of local outbreaks to date.
