The plan focuses on expanding wind and solar capacity, supporting hydrogen projects, and upgrading manufacturing infrastructure to meet EU emissions targets. Finance Minister Sophie Dubois emphasized that the scheme will position France as a leader in Europe's green energy market while attracting private investment.
