Unauthorised Online Access to Electoral Office Computer System Discovered and Discontinued; Criminal
Unauthorised remote access to the St. Kitts and Nevis Electoral Office computer system was detected, immediately disabled, and referred to law enforcement for investigation.
The Supervisor of Elections for St. Kitts and Nevis reported the discovery of unauthorised online access to the Electoral Office computer system. The Information Technology Department was immediately engaged and disabled the unauthorised remote access. A criminal investigation has been launched, with the Supervisor of Elections contacting the White Collar Crime Unit of the Royal Saint Christopher and Nevis Police Force to support the investigation.
