Held at the Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara International Conference Centre in Banjul, the meeting brought together regional stakeholders to discuss carbon market mechanisms and climate finance as tools for adaptation. Minister Manjang emphasized that The Gambia remains an active member of the alliance and continues to support collective regional efforts to manage climate risks, protect ecosystems, and promote sustainable development through robust environmental policies and international partnerships.
