Chad has launched the Chad Climate Finance Expo 2.0 in N’Djamena on March 25–26, 2026, to showcase climate finance instruments such as grants, concessional loans, guarantees, blended finance, and carbon markets. The event aims to strengthen Chad’s capacity to access and manage climate finance, enhance national ownership of climate action, and promote inclusive financing models for women, youth, and local communities. By highlighting green investment opportunities in priority sectors like energy, agriculture, and land restoration, the expo seeks to diversify the economy away from oil dependence and support sustainable economic growth.
