Trade + Sustainability Hub 2026 begins in Yaoundé
International gathering of governments and businesses opens in Cameroon to discuss technology-driven trade and sustainable development policies for Africa and the global economy.
The Trade + Sustainability Hub 2026 launched in Yaoundé, Cameroon, on March 26, 2026, as a high-level in-person and virtual forum convened alongside the WTO Ministerial Conference. The event brings together policymakers, business leaders, and civil society to explore how digital technologies and new trade rules can advance sustainable development, climate resilience, and inclusive growth. Sessions focus on data governance, digital trade, green technologies, and tech-enabled supply chains, with strong emphasis on Cameroon’s and Africa’s role in shaping global trade frameworks. The Hub runs through March 28 at the Hilton Yaoundé Hotel and includes livestreamed sessions for international participants.
